I tried 2 different sizes and unfortunately they rode up my bottom. I gave some to my friends and the same happened sadly. Otherwise the ordering/delivery/packaging/customer service was 10/10.

Sizing confusion

5 stars for Customer service 4 overall
I bought these a couple of years ago and that is why I bought a lot this time around. However, the fabric feels more sheer and the leg has been cut differently and is higher on the full brief than previously. I don't like that. I do like that the gusset liner has been extended, I wish all manufacturers would do this as that would make the garment more durable and comfortable.
Like most websites yours doesn't load properly all the time and I had to persist over a couple of days to get my order in and that is how I made a mistake. However, your customer service team are fantastic and went above and beyond. Keep them!
