I’ve purchased many pairs of these undies and they have always been the most comfortable I’ve owned, so I’ve been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my latest purchase. The glue around the gusset is disintegrating despite following the correct washing instructions, and every pair from this particular batch is doing the same thing. One pair the waist elastic has come loose, unravelled and is unsightly so needs to be binned. Not good enough for the price.
I’ve never experienced this with my previous purchases, so it seems to be an issue with this batch. Given the cost per pair, I expected much better quality and unfortunately I won’t be purchasing them again.
